The quickest route to an answer about a purchase, a subscription or a refund is Whop, who take the payment and keep your records.
Common questions
Cancel or change my plan
Open your account and press Cancel renewal, or manage billing on Whop. You keep Pro until the period you paid for ends.
Ask for a refund
Use Request a refund on your purchase at Whop. The rules are on the refunds page.
I paid but cannot export
Open your account, then press Refresh my plan. If it still says Free, message Whop support with the email of your Whop account.
I was invited to Crew
Accept the invitation Whop emailed to you, then sign in at your account. Pro turns on straight away.
