Gemini to PowerPoint, with an editor in between

Gemini can draft the structure and the words. SlideClark gives it a format to write in, and gives you a place to fix what it gets wrong.

The route, step by step

  1. Build the prompt

In the editor, click AI, then Build with AI, choose the chat window option and describe your deck.

  2. Paste it into Gemini

Start a new chat and paste the prompt. It carries the full specification, so there is nothing to set up first.

  3. Bring back what Gemini writes

Gemini replies with the deck as one JSON code block, or as a .sldc file when your Gemini can make downloads. Click Open in SlideClark and paste the block, or drop the file on the page.

  4. Edit and export

Click any slide to change it, then present full screen, save as PDF or export PowerPoint.

Getting a better first draft

  • Say who the audience is, how long the talk runs and what you want them to do next.
  • Paste the facts and numbers you want used, so they are not invented.
  • Ask for custom slides when design matters, and template slides when the content matters more.
  • Rework one slide at a time with Copy slide prompt. It sends Gemini only that slide and the rules.

Why not ask Gemini for a PowerPoint file directly?

A chat assistant cannot see how a slide looks. Text overflows, boxes drift and fonts change. SlideClark checks the deck as it opens, flags text that does not fit, and lets you correct it by hand before you export anything.

Using Gemini inside your browser

If your assistant can run JavaScript in the open tab, choose the AI in your browser option. It receives a prompt that tells it to edit the open deck through the SlideClark API, and every change can be undone with Ctrl+Z.

Questions

Does SlideClark connect to my Google account?

No. SlideClark never connects to Gemini or to Google. You move text between the two with copy and paste, or by opening a file.

Is the editor free?

Yes. Editing, presenting, PDF and unlimited .sldc files are free, with no account. Only saving an editable PowerPoint file is paid.

Is my deck sent to Google?

Only what you paste into Gemini is sent to it, and Google’s terms cover that. SlideClark itself uploads nothing.

Try it with your own deck

Free to use. No account needed to edit, present or save. Decks stay in your browser.
