Questions

What is free, and what costs money?

Everything in the editor is free: slides, themes, charts, presenting full screen, saving as PDF, share links, opening PowerPoint files and saving as many .sldc files as you like. Only saving an editable PowerPoint file (.pptx) is Pro.

What is the Export pass?

A one-off £1.99 payment that turns on PowerPoint export for 24 hours. Export as many times as you like in that day. It stops by itself, so there is nothing to cancel.

How does the free trial work?

Monthly and yearly plans start with 7 free days. Cancel before they end and you pay nothing. Otherwise the plan you chose begins.

Do I need an account?

Only for Pro. You sign in with Whop, the service that takes payments and holds your subscription. You can edit, present and save without any account.

Are my slides uploaded when I export?

No. The PowerPoint file is built in your browser. Signing in only tells us which plan you have. Your decks stay on your device.

How do I cancel?

Open your account page and press Cancel renewal, or cancel on Whop. You keep Pro until the end of the period you have paid for.

What about refunds?

Ask within 14 days. If you have not exported a PowerPoint file with that payment, you get it back. The refunds page has the full rules.

Do prices include VAT or sales tax?

Prices are in pounds sterling. Whop adds any tax that applies where you live and shows the total before you pay.

What is Crew?

Free permanent Pro access that the owner gives to friends and colleagues by invitation. You cannot buy it.

How do you compare with other tools?

Their cheapest paid plans for one person start at about $7 to $13 a month on annual billing. SlideClark Pro yearly works out at under half of the cheapest of them. The table above shows the figures and when we checked them.
